We want you to be completely happy with your Tiwo purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
